Hi folks,
What an amazing show of support has already come down for Chip. And what an amazing night of music we had here in Raleigh! Despite his lameness, Chip played with Al for the better part of his set, and also played a few on his own (well with some help from his friends), then went on to play a late night set with the Vibekillers at Slim’s. I think all in attendance will agree it was a night to remember for always—and it’s all caught on film, so keep checking back here for more information about where to look for clips and, eventually, a DVD.
Meanwhile, a few copies of Raymond Goodman’s amazing limited edition photograph remain (this photo is shown below—it’s Chip with the red shoes and the bicycle). These are 13x19 archival prints, and a total of 20 have been printed. We guarantee delivery by Christmas (while supplies last) to anyone donating $50 or more before December 13th. We’ll do our best to let you know here the moment they run out. But really, the prize isn’t the reason to give Chip fifty bucks. It’s all about, well, you know, it’s just about CHIP. He’s Chip for Chrissakes.
